  In order to realize automatic welding production, the automatic welding machine must realize automatic positioning, automatic clamping, automatic loosening and other clamping devices, so that the welding efficiency of the product can be improved and the welding quality is stable, thereby mass production.


Automatic welder safe operation:

 1. Before work, remove the oil from the upper and lower electrodes. After power-on, the body casing should be free of leakage.
 2. Before starting, turn on the steering switch of the control line and the small switch of the welding current, adjust the number of poles, and connect the water, gas and power.
 3. After power-on, check the electrical equipment, operating organization, cooling system, gas path system and the body casing for the appearance of leakage.
 4. When working, the gas path and water cooling system should be dredged.

The automatic welder is repaired once a year and is maintained every three months.
1. Completely clean the automatic welding machine, check and adjust, mechanical, electrical and pneumatic systems, and replace or repair the worn and deformed parts in time to eliminate deformation.
2. Check the lubrication parts of the automatic welding machine, replace the lubricating oil, and clean the filter.
3. Repair and maintenance of equipment should meet the standards of intact equipment.
